Our April Energy Pivot will feature the newly passed law in Wyoming that establishes a bonding pool in response to the excessive federal bonding requirements of the Biden administration. Pete Obermueller with the Petroleum Association of Wyoming will discuss the new law and the rulemaking process that’s implementing it. Matt Lee of Lockton Companies will discuss how the Wyoming law might serve as a model for the entire country and will present OneNexus, a unique financial assurance product that enables producers to meet their legacy obligations in a cost-efficient manner.
